What we build
Most of our work is residential, within an hour of the shop. Timelines below are typical once permits are in hand; prices are where most jobs of that type start in 2026.
Basement development
Rec rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and legal secondary suites. We handle the permit drawings, egress windows, framing, drywall and finishing, with licensed electrical and plumbing.

Layout changes, wall removals with engineered beams, cabinetry install, tile and fixtures. We keep one bathroom working for you while we build the other.

Detached garages, heated shops and wood-front quonsets. Engineered slabs with in-floor heat, 14-foot overhead doors, mezzanines and wash bays.

Four steps, no surprises
You deal with the same site lead from the first visit to the warranty call. Changes are priced in writing before we do them.
Site visit
Free within 50 km of the shop. We measure, look at what's behind the walls where we can, and talk budget honestly.
Fixed quote
An itemized price within five business days, with allowances spelled out so you know what's included.
Build
One site lead, photo update every Friday, and the site swept and secured at the end of every day.
Walkthrough
We close the deficiency list within 14 days and hand over your 2-year workmanship warranty.
